Simpler Setups
With interactive animated help elements and streamlined HMI organization using simplified functions, the CNC eliminates the need to shape a blank prior to machining. A blank can be face-milled or face-turned simply by setting the relevant parameters in setup mode. Press a button and the geometry is stored in the CNC's tool offset memory
Machine tool operator's advantage:
- Operators can setup all tools and part offsets in a graphical input screen.
- No special codes are needed. Simply “fill in the blank” and press the start button.
