Automatic Measuring Cycles
To ensure maximum CNC machining center accuracy, optional measuring cycles can be used in manual mode or in program run mode. They allow fast machine tool and workpiece setup, as well as in-process checks. In manual mode, the workpiece zero point can be set either with a touch probe or an edge finder. In automatic mode, the tools can be checked for wear or breakage.
